Coditive

Strategic redesign bridges capability gap and client perception

Coditive, a Polish software development company specializing in WordPress, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js, approached us with a critical conversion problem. Despite strong technical expertise and official Nuxt.js partnership status, their website was failing to convert international B2B visitors into leads, appearing unprofessional compared to competitors like Monterail and Netguru. The challenge was to transform their template-like digital presence into a conversion-optimized platform that could compete effectively for high-value projects across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK, Scandinavia, and North America.

Context

Coditive serves exclusively B2B clients including WordPress agencies, IT companies, tech startups, and enterprise marketing departments across international markets. Analytics revealed strong traffic (566 direct users, 304 paid search users) but critically low conversion rates, with users struggling to navigate from the homepage to services and failing to complete contact forms.

The company's achievements—including official partnerships and positive client reviews praising their project management and technical quality—were poorly showcased, creating a disconnect between their actual capabilities and digital representation.

Challenge

The primary challenge was extremely low conversion rates caused by a website that failed to inspire confidence among sophisticated B2B buyers. The existing design appeared outdated and template-driven, particularly in header sections, while critical trust signals like partnerships and testimonials were buried or missing entirely. Navigation issues prevented users from easily discovering services from the high-traffic homepage, and service pages lacked the detailed case studies and credibility markers necessary for enterprise vendor evaluation processes.

Design process & solutions

My approach began with competitive analysis of successful Polish software houses, identifying how market leaders like Monterail and Netguru presented services and built credibility. I developed a sophisticated black and gray visual design moving away from the intense green scheme, implemented a mega menu for improved service accessibility, and restructured content to prominently feature official partnerships and client testimonials. The solution included subtle animations inspired by industry leaders, comprehensive service documentation, and clear conversion pathways from discovery to contact.

Outcome

The redesigned website should deliver significant conversion improvements through enhanced trust building and streamlined user journeys. By prominently featuring credibility indicators and improving information architecture, we anticipate increased contact form submissions and better utilization of existing traffic. Long-term benefits include stronger competitive positioning against established Polish software houses, improved organic search performance, and enhanced ability to secure larger, higher-value international projects while supporting Coditive's strategic goal of establishing recognition as Vue.js and Nuxt.js specialists alongside their WordPress expertise.
