Statement:
Drukomat.pl, one of the largest online printing houses in Poland, faced the challenge of its existing website not meeting market requirements and user expectations. The previous website did not stand out from the competition, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and loss of potential orders. These issues were particularly evident in terms of user experience, website functionality, and an inadequate user interface.
Personal Goals:
Leveraging multiple roles in product design
Process:
Through gathering all necessary information, conducting analysis, brainstorming, and taking all the necessary steps to create better solutions, Drukomat's online services underwent a comprehensive redesign.
This encompasses a total rebranding of the brand and its visual representation, involving the creation of a new visual interface, the selection of colors, fonts and style that effectively represent the brand and the development of a cohesive and simple services visual representation.
The menu and navigation structure was simplified to make it easier for users to find products and services. Product order path, available terms, and prices were changed to be more obvious and intuitive.
The design focuses on clarity and ease of use, making it simple for users to manage their files for printing, even if they are not tech-savvy.
