Kieri Solutions is an authorized CMMC assessment organization helping defense contractors achieve and maintain cybersecurity compliance. With a highly technical subject matter and a audience ranging from IT administrators to C-suite executives, the brand needed to communicate authority and trust without adding complexity. The project spanned branding, website design, and a full suite of marketing and sales materials. The goal was to build a cohesive visual identity and digital presence that positions Kieri as a credible, approachable partner in a space where clarity is a competitive advantage.

The previous website needed a complete visual overhaul within a tight timeline. The site lacked the professional credibility expected from a leading CMMC assessment organization, making it harder to build trust with defense contractors evaluating compliance partners.

The redesign focused on establishing a clean, authoritative digital presence that communicates expertise at first glance, structuring complex compliance offerings into clear, scannable content and intuitive navigation. Responsive optimization is still in progress as the site continues to evolve.

Complexity vs. Clarity: Highly technical subject matter spanning IT administrators to C-suite executives — the brand needed to communicate authority and trust without adding complexity to an already complex domain.

Design process & solutions

The first prototype was built to test whether the proposed category structure and navigation patterns would hold up against real B2B ordering scenarios. Based on competitive analysis and user research, the initial design hypothesis prioritized speed and minimal interaction steps — allowing professional buyers to locate specific products across 3,000+ SKUs and place large, multi-category orders from mobile. This early-stage prototype helped validate key assumptions about filtering logic, product hierarchy, and cart behavior before committing to detailed UI design.

Outcome

Built a brand system from scratch: identity, responsive website, component library, and full collateral suite, all grounded in one design language. Complex technical offerings distilled into clean, scannable experiences that work across every screen and touchpoint, with a scalable design system ensuring consistency as the product evolves.
