I then mapped user flows to ensure that every step — from browsing products to checkout — was seamless and intuitive. To support business objectives, I defined clear conversion goals and structured a sitemap that reflected both user behavior and brand strategy. The process continued with interactive prototypes that allowed for testing and refinement of the user journey.
